I asked at noon.Good value for money.If it is this atmosphere in this location, it seems that it is popular with tourists.The taste was delicious with no mistake, but there is nothing special to mention.

8 course meal for 3100 yen per person. Every dish was absolutely exceptional. This restaurant could double their price and it would still be great value. Recommend having a reservation especially if over your party had more than 2 people.

You must take off your shoes as well as at the table.It is better to avoid shoes that take time because the entrance is narrow.Although the entrance to the institution is in winter, it remains a reed door (broken)I could not find the Kyoto style in the dish, too.Toro of sashimi felt watery.

This place is certainly tasty. Fresh, delicate and very Japanese. It can however get very busy, so often it's not easy to simply turn up and expect a table. It can also take a while for the food to arrive - but only because it's carefully put together! Oh, and don't expect any English menus either.

We came by recommendation of hotel staff. I ate a late dinner of Rao Banzai set and I ate it separately. Two adults, one child went and made "today's rice", assorted sashimi, Sanuki udon, but quantity was short. Assorted sashimi was 2,200 yen, but quantity was small. There are three or four points of five kinds. The taste was better than our Japanese house. It was good not to mention my taste which does not like meeting. There was a lot of liquor guests on the first floor and dinner guests on the second floor because of the evening time. There were some Japanese parents who brought their children. When I saw many local guests, it seemed to be a place that neighborhoods often visit, and it seemed good to greet the adults who passed by when employees came out. If I have a chance next time, I would definitely like to try the Banzai ceremony. I want to visit again. Staff service is also very good.

My wife & I wanted to try this restaurant today, from recommendation from friends.Unfortunately we were turned away,due to the fact that the waiter said it was “full”.... The restaurant, although small was only half full when looking through the window. Three Japanese were allowed entry with NO BOOKING .. as we were leaving. Left me feeling like a white foreigner & completely unwelcome. So if you are not local ... beware.

It is a place to look for something to eat if you eat Japanese style meal in Kyoto trip with your parents. I found it through Google Maps and it seems that my blog is not yet famous to Koreans.Lunch is 1000 yen for the whole menu. But the atmosphere is luxurious. I was worried that it would be too expensive until I received the menu. I got a real 1000 yen.The taste was more than normal. That is not the best taste. It was good to remember that the rice was gorgeous and deliciously tasted and the side dishes were all one by one very kind.It is recommended if you prefer not to go to many famous restaurants but to relax in quiet surroundings. First of all, it was better because my parents liked it so much.

Today, I visited my friend's favorite shop for the first time. It was reasonably priced and all the dishes were delicious.I became a fan with one visit.

Horrible food. I love (!) japanese food and mild flavours, but that was not good in any way.Ordered the fusion set menu and except one dish the rest of the 8 dishes were bad. Finished my meal in 40 min and ran out.Staff was polite.

We went there at lunch time. Coz it’s not so close to the Kyoto station, there were a few people eating inside, and the staffs took care of us friendly. They have very good Japanese food that specialized in using various kind of vegetables, and the taste was sophisticated and excellent.I love the pork fried with onions and sake, was so nice with alcohol!!

My husband and I were refused entry I am assuming because we were not local. There were empty seats & three (non white people) were allowed in after us and they did not have a booking.racist or just rude, who knows, but very uncool I would say.
